Recovery.gov’s Phantom Congressional Districts

It’s the Obama administration worst geography fail since candidate Obama visited “fifty-seven states.”  ABC News reports this morning that recovery.gov lists dozen of bogus congressional districts as having jobs created with stimulus money.
“In Arizona’s 15th congressional district, 30 jobs have been saved or created with just $761,420 in federal stimulus spending,” ABC’s Jonathan Karl writes. [...]
